If you’re travelling internationally, Self Declaration Form on the Air Suvidha portal is now mandatory to enter India. Have all your questions regarding where to find the Air Suvidha form, how to fill the form, and when answered here.
Air Suvidha form is an online contactless solution that was launched in 2020. It cancels out all the hassles involved in one-on-one security checks (to see if people are vaccinated or have the RT-PCR test done), thereby streamlining the process. It promotes a convenient and queue-free air travel solution for passengers flying to India.
Whether you have your flights from UK to Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, or any other Indian city, you’ll have to fill out the same Air Suvidha form that is available on the Delhi IGI Airport website. This form is to be filled out to enter India irrespective of where the traveller is coming from and which Indian city the traveller will land.

2. Selecting any date within 72 hours of your travel in the date section
